Hotel rate of $ 229,00 CAD Single/Double (taxes included) for early arrivals and those wishing to stay over are valid between May 1st until May 11th, 2010 and must be booked on line prior to arrival to obtain the special Skål rate.Transfers
Please note that we are offering transfers on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday to and from the Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) and the Via Rail Train Station.A taxi fare to the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is approximately $35 CAD from the Airport and about $10 CAD from the train station.
Transportation to all events is included in the registration fee. (Dine around all restaurants are within walking distance).

Your credit card will be charged the full amount. All deposits and payments are deposited in a trust account, so all monies are guaranteed and safe.
Bookings will be made on a secure site. All congress fees are being collected on behalf of Skål International Quebec City by JPDL tours et conferences. Therefore, your credit card statements will show a charge from JPDL tours et conferences.
Cancellation Insurance

Modification Policy
All modifications after March 31st, 2010 will be assessed a $50 CAD change fee and charged to your credit card at the time of the modification. All modifications must be received by the Registration Secretariat by email at naasc2010@jpdl.com or by fax at 418-692-5587.

Cancellation fees will be processed automatically and charged to your credit card.
No shows non refundable.
Non used portions are non refundable including early checkout.
Late Booking Fees
We encourage you to book early as our cut off date is March 31st 2010 and a late booking fee of $100 CAD will apply.Pre and Post Congress Tours same conditions apply as above.
Any billing discrepancies should be forwarded to the Local Congress Chairperson within two (2) months of the Congress date (July 5th, 2010) The Local Club will not honour any claims sent in after that date.
